Cannot start windows normaly BSOD fltmgr.sys

Actually nevermind I fixed it lol, all i had to do was start windows xp with the last working configuration in the F8 menu :) . After that I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware again which removed all the trojans and crap then I rebooted and it was fixed!



Alright so basicly I clicked a .exe file and I see these .url shortcuts being created on my desktop while I also see on the upper right corner a copying process. It happend for about 3 seconds then I got a bluescreen. So I rebooted and right after windows xp has loaded I get a bluescreen with something like "STOP xxxxxxxx"and under that theres this fltmgr.sys . And everytime I try to boot normaly I get that same bluescreen refering to fltmgr.sys.


So far I've tried to manually remove a suspicous .dll called "stugixxq.dll" with hijackthis, with no luck though because it comes back. I've also tried with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but since i cant boot into windows normally I suppose its not removing the .dll during the reboot.
