hey guys i have a big question for ya what the h... is this:

u see all those drivers missing can u tell me how can i download them and install them properly i will really appreciate it.

Note:
i already have installed my laptop drivers but i dont know what are these for ? can u explain me .

Those drivers shouldn't concern you at all. Who says, they're not installed?
