What program do you use to burn DVDs?

well the burner siftware is Nero but I used windows also

What do you mean? XP doesn't have ability to burn DVDs.

i tried to download that program but iiit said i would need the NET framework first are there any probs with downloading that

You should be OK.

It burnt a a video i took but without the audio so i downloaded a program calleddvd flicks
