i have windows xp. i'm not sure which disk delivered by dell is for me to re-install my os.

Write down the error, and post the message back here.when i turned it back on i recieved the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH! my error message was 0x0000007B
since the same thing happens in Safe Mode as well, then the driver issue is less likely.
