yes i uninstalled the nvidia drivers then i went to safemode and used driver sweeper which deleted left over files.After that i downloaded the latest nvidia driver,181.22 and installed it still i have this problem.sometimes glitches start appearing white glitches like a tv losing signal.

do u guys know what is a wnmrrkmv.dll for?my anti-virus detected that this dll file has a virus in it so i moved it to a safe place.Then after everytime i start the com it pops put a message 'error loading wnmrrkmv.dll specific module counld not be found'.Maybe this dll affects my gpu?

wnmrrkmv.dll is definitely unwanted file.
Since you updated drivers, you may have a problem with the card itself.
Also, let's make sure, your computer is clean...
I suggest you go to the Malware Forum and run all the steps located in the START HERE. These self-help tools will help you clean up 70% of problems on your own. If you are still having problems after doing the steps, then please post a HiJackThis Log in THAT forum. If you are unable to run and/or post a HJT log, then post that in your initial post in the topic you create in that forum.
If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
