After I attempt to run Windows Update an error message comes up claiming they can't update because I'm not connected to the Internet. Same for trying to run the "Find Solutions for Problems" Then I go back to my FF and IE browsers, both, to find I have no problems whatsoever connecting to the Internet. I've run diagnostic tests which have found No Errors. I've also included the microsoft to my "Allow" list in my Firewall. I'm really confused why It won't allow me to update. On Feb. 13th, I had no problems with running my windows update then yesterday It does the above mentioned to me... :)
