This is from my brothers computer. He had a bunch of nasties on there, which we were able to pretty much remove. Running HJT gave this log, is there anything left to be worried about?

These lines have me stumped, and I'm worried I'm missing something here....

Hi waterwork, welcome to GTG! :D

Looks like the Pepper trojan, let's get rid of that first. <_<

Download this file, run, and let terminate (it'll just blink briefly on your screen and won't appeared to have done much--this is normal):
http://www.geekstogo...=download&id=18

Reboot your PC.

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log. Then we can remove anything left behind.

Reboot in safe mode (by tapping F8 at startup and select safe mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold:

C:\WINDOWS\VoiceIP.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nq6.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IEservice\IEService.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\btox80w.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\msmc.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\ms.exe

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.
