Building a gaming / multi purpose system.
Going with i7 920 CPU.
Looking at these:

Graphics-- EVGA 896-P3-1255-AR GeForce GTX 260 Core 216 896MB 448-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

How does this card compare to the nvidea 9800 GTX? Is there a better option for $200?

Mobo-- EVGA 132-BL-E758-A1 LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

Any other ideas for a mobo? I have seen complaints on most of the x58 mobo's. Is there a best alternative for around $250-300?

Have PSU=Corsair 750W
Will pait with OCZ 6 3x2 RAM or Corsair -- not sure yet.

Thanks

Hi there,

Look here for an idea on where your graphics card stands. The GTX 260 is one step up in terms of performance.

This motherboard looks pretty nice in your budget, but haven't had much experience with X58 motherboards yet to say for sure.
