I have 2 administrator acounts and I want to delete one of them but windows will not let me delete either one of them. How do i can i do it?

You can only delete Administrator accounts from an Administrator account, and Windows will not let you delete an account you're using, and furthermore if it'll leave the system with no Administrator then the account deleting will not be possible.

Do you have to login or does your computer boot to the dektop without asking you to log in? If it boots to the desktop without stopping then you should not try do delete any account. If it does not, then you can login to your primary account and delete unnecessary users through "user accounts" in control panel.
