Hello everyone. New to the site here and hoping for a bit of help. :)

My computer has been giving me major problems for about a month now. But its gotten worse the last couple of weeks. My computer will completely freeze sometimes and be no responsive to the point my only option is to restart it. But for about a week now when I restart it a screen pops up saying it could not start correctly and tries to fix itself. The only way around it that I have found is to start it in safe mode and go to last known good configuration, but even then my computer freezes with the slightest amount of items running. I can't adjust or mute/unmute my sound either because that makes my computer freeze.

I have done a virus scan and it found and cleaned one thing and also did spybot and malware scan and niether of them found anything. I have the amount of items that run at start up to the bare minimum.

Any help or advice would be great.

Thank you :)
