I have a Dell Dimension 4700c with a oem Windows XP Pro install. Its running VERY slow and I ran AVG, Spybot, and Ad-aware with no luck. It is getting slower and slower and I figured I'd just reformat but it keeps telling me " ____.exe file is currupt" but it keeps changing the file name each time. Now it tells me " _____.exe file could not be loaded".... I cant figure it out. I tried system restor but I got this computer from someone else and they never made any restore points. I need help!!!
