Hello,

Don't know if this is the right forum to post this in, but if it's not, I apologize and I can cut and paste it elsewhere. Here's my stress. I have made about 45 minutes of video with my digital camera (at a DPI of 640 x 480) and cannot seem to get it to work in Pinnacle 8 software, which requires 720x480 DPI. My video appears stretched and the sides have been cut off. I have emailed Pinnacle, to no avail. They have been relatively Useless with their replies. I have contacted the camera store where I bought my camera, and the same thing. I have phoned the local computer software stores- they have no idea. I even decided to phone the head office of Pinnacle ($$$) from here in Canada and I was disconnected as soon as I got through. I went to their forum and was unable to register or log on. I am at my wits end because I know there's a simple solution to this and can't figure out what it is. I would like to have a black bar at the top and bottom of the screen, filling out the needed DPI to make my 640 x 480 into a 720 x 480 DPI format.

Anybody out there with any ideas?
