My Internet Explorer has been hijacked or infected by some kind of Malware/Spyware/AdWare

I have already run XoftSpy, Spyware Doctor, Registry Mechanic, Norton, and NoAdware.

None of these have worked, what exactly happens is:
When I open IE it gives me my homepage, then if i try to visit any site, not just a Search Engine, it pulls up an ad, Sweepstakes.com. It closes the site I am trying to visit and does not let me go anywhere.

PLEASE HELP! :tazz:

Yeah it sounds like you have a spyware infection of some kind. I would think or hope perhaps that Spybot S & D in combination with Ad-Aware can remove it. The programs you mentioned I don't use and clearly they can't do it. You can download these two programs at the home page here. I would download them install them and run them. When you first use either of these programs you should let the program check for updates first. If that doesn't work try the advice given here, http://www.geekstogo..._Log-t2852.html
