Hi All

I have Verizon DSL Internet service. For the last few weeks I have been having a lot of connection problems. The speed goes up and down. If it does not kick me off completely it has been as slow as 32kbps. When it runs good it will run about 1700 kbps. Verizon has been out. They put a new box on the outside with a filter in it and I have two seperate DSL only jacks inside. But sometimes it still slow. Down to 900 kbps. My question is, is there a way to check my speed in DOS and bypass IE and Firefox?

Thanks, Doug
