Thank you in advance for helping me again.
My wife and kids' computer got the error message in the title.
At first, I thought it was a hard drive crash, but I can't install a new drive, either. I get the same message
There was a lot of text, but I copied what I thought was pertinent.

Windows XP Home SP3 (I think)

I just ran memtest86 and got no errors.
Here is the info from the error:
