Hiya,

Been having a problem with my dvd-rw player (laptop samsung G15) for ages where it simply wont play any hardware installation discs (so i can't even reboot with my original disc) and on occassion the odd dvd or cd just wont work... i was told it could be my drivers so i've tried updating but can't find anything. I also tried microsoft autofix and it came up registering that there is a problem (Below) but that it can't be fixed. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to computer (just the basics really) but if someone could suggest something i'd be sooooo grateful!
