:)

Ok my computer was working just fine...then I did the automatic windows update, and CCleaner. Well now when I turn the computer off or restart it, the computer takes about 4 minutes just to go to home screen [start/windows}. Everytime I log on I get a welcome to windows XP and take a tour message. Along with this my favorites are completely erased all my files gone. My settings are XP original. It's as if I just loaded windows onto a computer. I don't know what to do? My computer has never ran this slow. I lost all my wedding information. Any help will be of great help!

Thanks Crysta

Try to boot-up in safe mode then run scan disk... then try rebooting and run restore point to set earlier date.
