got a virus, now i can't login

Oh man I can't believe it. It started out as just another case of antivirus 2009 to be removed. Then when I tried to run my antivirus it wouldn't work, just shut down. Then my task manager was disabled. So I tried to restart and now everytime I log on it just logs me back off immediately. I'd like to know if anyone can tell me how to fix this without wiping my hard drive as I have a lot of unbacked up files I'd like to save.
