I've recently obtained a Motorola SB5101 cable modem from a friend, brand new and he never had the chance to use it, and he gave it to me to solve my Xbox Live problems with my crappy Westell 327. The thing is, there isn't a phone jack on it. Is there an adapter I can use to convert the coaxial into the phone jack, such as a wall mount? If so, what size should I get?

Nope, sorry. That will not help you at all. DSL and Cable Modems use ENTIRELY different technology. THere is absolutely NO WAY that you can get those to work.
