Hi there ,

[u]Ive had a hp pavilion ze4400 for a couple of months and the actual laptop is about two years old.
My disk drive was working fine until one day it just wouldnt read any disks.
So I tried alot of different disks ... e.g Installation disks, music cds e.c.t
But none of them will read..
so next I went onto device manager to try and see what the problem was....
when I looked I seen that the driver (QSI CDRW/DVD SBW-241)
and the computer couldn't find the hardware device......
so I tried updating it and it said it couldn't find an update...
so then I went on roll back to see if I could get an earlier version
and it says that there is no file to back it up so I'm really annoyed!!!!!
