So this is my story. I had troubles installing Dr. Java. so i wanted to delete it.
Due to my fustration and lack of understanding of dr. java, i thought the java folder in programing files was where Dr. Java hid. So i deleted the whole folder. -___"

now, when i go to a java application it says i need the Java Runtime Environment, but i download it but it says it's already installed.

Suggestions?
