If you read the links, you'd know, you'll be able to create bootable CDs to run those tests.

I don't know how to create bootable CDs, could you explain that? Also how exactly will running those tests help me?

Look. I'm very willing to help you out, but I have to see at least slight effort on your side.
That slight effort would be reading at links, I provided.
If you start with Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool link, and you start reading it, you'll see, it's very clearly explained how to do it (that is actually the purpose of that tutorial).
