internet conection works only thru internet explorer

hello guys !
My problem is that internet is working only thru IE and no other programs that uses the internet work...such as "Yahoo mess. , uTorrent,Antivirus Update, etc.
My firewall settings are good, i restored my IE settings to default...what else shall i do?
Plz help me ! :)

I solved the problem resoring my laptop to factory default...10x anyway for reading !
