I'm running XP sp2 on a shared computer which is on a network.

It's locks up 2/3rds of the time after loading windows and the hard drive is always being accessed.

Looking at applications task manager, it shows that Newtwork Places and a folder on my 'c' dirve are running as applications. If I try 'end proccess' on these
'applications', definate lock up.

Any ideas?? Thanks!
