Please give us some specs on your computer?
Is it Dell, HP, home built?
How much ram (memory).
I did not find much on the 0XC000000CE error.
I could find nothing on ctossk.sys either.
This could be anything from bad memory to bad hard drive.
Lets try a few things first. That is if you are ok going inside the computer.
Turn off the computer and unplug it
Be very carefull and unplug and replug all power and data connections.
While touching the side of the case, remove and reinstall the memory and any pci cards (such as video or nic).
Have you tried last known good configuration?
We may have to test memory or run diagnostics on the hard drive.
