HI!

I just bought a new video card a few days ago (ASUS EN9800GT) and my computer will not even recognize that it is there. I can install the drivers that came with the cd but when they're installed it just says cannot find ASUS graphics card. When I look under device manager I do see "ASUS Video3D Device" and "Enhanced Display Driver Helper" under "ASUS Other Devices" But there is no trace of it under Display Adapters.

Someone had told me I may need to update my BIOS but I have no idea how to do this :)

Any help is greatly appreciated

By the way my motherboard is ASUS P5GC MX/1333

Thanks!
