BSOD Help

Well this morning I upgraded ZoneAlarm and when it had to restart my PC, all I got was a BSOD. I tried many things but I can't get past this. For some reason when I press up or down on my keyboard nothing moves, so I can't get into safe mode.

The error on the BSOD is this:

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005,0F7F7B52,0XF9E49424,0XF9E49124)

If anyone knows how to solve this, I'd really be thankful.
