Computer Problem Black screen til inlogging

Have had computer problems computer works as it should fully til I have logged inn then the black screen appear.
CMD Works
CTRL ALT DELETE Works
Security mode works but is still black screen after innlogging.
I have no REINSTALL CD'S you can not put the computer back in time or re-install.
It is a Windows Vista HP Laptop.
i think the errors happened when I installed Nero Burn.
i Have more computers in the house that I can user to like download REINSTALL CD'S But dont know what I should download.
