windows search installer 1.2 keeps popping up

Hi I am new to this discussion forum and I was wondering if someone could help me with a computer problem that i have. Every time I open my documents, my computer, or any folder a windows search installer 1.2 pops up. I have tried numerous programs to try and get rid of the problem, but I have been unsuccessful in doing so. Any Help would be appreciated.
