start up problems

Me again, i also have a problem when i start up. It reads "Warning cup has been changed. Please re enter cpu settings in the cmos setup and remember to save before quit." Then prompts me to hit F1 and continue. Any idea why this happened? Sorry im not really computer literate ha ha.
