I went to start up my Toshiba laptop (Vista) a couple weeks ago and it is stuck at the boot screen that says Toshiba in big red letters and a black background. At the bottom it says press F2 for Setup and F12 for boot device selection menu. I press F2, F8, or F12 and it does nothing, just sits there. Also my cd-rom drive won't open. I push the button and the light won't appear at all. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!
