Vundo Variant Infection/Infected TMP files in Scans.

I scanned countless times and removed malware via MBAM and SuperAntispyware. I've also rebooted after each scan as it prompted. I log back on and do complete scans and quick scans and I still receive these infected tmp files along with tracking cookies.
