calculator always underneath

Hi Guys,

I have noticed just recently when I open calculator with the short cut button on my Microsoft digital media pro keyboard it opens under any windows already open, Instead of coming to the front (on top).
Does anybody know how I can get it to open on top of all windows when I press the calc key on my keyboard.
