Hi,

I had some problems a while ago after getting infected with one of the WIN 32 viruses. One of my problems has started again.

I purchased a VOI phone, and tried to install it. The computer does not recognise the phone when plugged into a UBS port. I do not get any "New Hardware found" messages, and in the Device Manager I get the famous YELLOW ? as shown in the attached image.

I have tried installing the driver manually but it does not find the driver on the installation disc.

Any help appreciated.
