So the wonderful AVG that I have been using for years failed me last week. It prompted me about a trojan horse, and I thought I had removed it. However it seems I did not. Since I did not have alot of information on this hdd I decided to wipe the drive (KillDisk Free), and reinstall. However, I cannot help but think that something is a miss. My browser speed is exceptionally slow. My belkin N1 wireless router stops connecting when I try to do a windows update (though I have successfully installed all updates). My firewall keeps telling me that google chrome installer is trying to establish a connection. I may be gun shy, but my computer performance is not what it was pre-attack.
