Disk Cleanup runs after start up

ok every time I start my computer Disk Clean UP runs like every time , How do I stop this yes have lots of disk space yes had a virus was removed and have ran malbytes, house call and norton all say free.even ran
I have ran CCleaner and atf cleaner , not sure what else to do to stop this.

Hello rinconjoe

This maybe an issue with startup entries.
  • Click start and goto run
  • in the run box type in "msconfig" without quotation marks and press enter
  • Check in startup for disk cleanup
  • Untick this, click apply and ok
  • Restart your computer

sorry I had all ready looked there , any other idea's? also its my friends computer he has two adminstrator account one for him one for his wife , which one would be primary , is there a way to tell.
