I am using a Dell laptop with Windows XP. Recently, I have not been able to access my work email on my laptop. I am able to access it using my desktop computer. On the laptop, I am able to get to the logon screen and enter my username and password, but that's as far as I get. It just keeps loading but nothing ever comes up.
Any ideas of why this is happening? I ran virus scans and malware scan and also spybot, but nothing came up.
Any help is appreciated.

The email is through a technical college and the main screen says "Ipswitch Mail Server Web Messaging." I'm not sure if that's the email program or not. Since I posted the original message, I have not been able to access my hotmail account on my laptop either. Also, when I try to run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware it freezes and I can't end it without shutting down the laptop.

In this case....

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal - HiJackThis™ Logs Go Here area.

Before you post a log click on this link --> You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log
this will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your Hijackthis log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
