Can't turn on computer

OK, so I was trying to use my Xbox 360 controller on my computer, so i downloaded some program, but as it was installing (or maybe after it finished installing, I didn't have the install window open), my computer restarted for no reason. When it went to turn back on, it got to the Windows XP loading screen with the little blue bar at the bottom. It finished that, then restarted again, and it will not turn on. What is wrong? How can I fix this?
