Lately i been having popups labeled 'aurora' coming up. I tried ad-aware, spybot, and nothing seems to work. Also when i start my computer, i get this message:

COPY 00THotkey.exe
Navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
PASTE 00THotkey.exe into the Startup directory.

You have Spybot S&D running which is good, but we need you to disable it for the remainder of the fix as it will interfere with the registry changes being made.
Open Spybot S&D in advanced mode, click Tools > Resident, and remove the checks from "Resident Tea-Timer" and "SD Helper".
Reboot after unchecking the entries.

Please run Notepad and copy the following text into a new file:

Hi

As for my first problem

I deleted both 000StTHK.exe and 00THotkey.exe.manifest.
But I can't copy the 00THotkey.exe into the start up directory.

Cannot Copy 00THotkey: Access is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use

As for my 2nd problem, everythin went smoothly until it came to the lists to be checked.
Some were not present so i was unbale to fix them. These were the ones that were no there:

so i couldnt delete them since i couldnt find them.

I don't think you did anything wrong.
The infection changes names of the files involved. Let's deal with the infection first.
Proceed with the Ewido Scan. Do it once in save mode and once in normal mode. Choose 'remove' when prompted to make a choice.
Save both scanresults and post them in your reply.

Just a leftover as far as I can see.

Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the service called:

System Startup Service (SvcProc)

When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.

Please show me another log (if that 023 is gone, we'll party!)

Now that you are clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:

• Use an AntiVirus Software - It is very important that your computer has an anti-virus software running on your machine. This alone can save you a lot of trouble with malware in the future.

• Update your AntiVirus Software - It is imperitive that you update your Antivirus software at least once a week (Even more if you wish). If you do not update your antivirus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.
  
  
• Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer. Without a firewall your computer is succeptible to being hacked and taken over. I am very serious about this and see it happen almost every day with my clients. Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly.

• Visit Microsoft's Windows Update Site Frequently - It is important that you visit http://www.windowsupdate.com regularly. • Install Spybot - Search and Destroy - Install and download Spybot - Search and Destroy with its TeaTimer option. This will provide realtime spyware & hijacker protection on your computer alongside your virus protection. You should also scan your computer with program on a regular basis just as you would an antivirus software.
