I am new to the forum so I will just show you the error and maybe you could walk me through how to fix the problem. Every time I start my friends computer he gets three messages- Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\autochk.dll
, C:\DOCUME 1\NETWOR 1\protect.dll, , C:\WINDOWS\system32\ibtfbwaq.dll. He uses firefox 3.0.5 in windows xp sp3 on a foxconn a7da-s with amd 9950black, 2x sapphire 4870 512mb, 2gb (2x2) ocz reaper pc2-8500, seagate 320gb, lite-on cd-dvd read write, apevia warlock 1100 watt psu. I don't know if any of this info is helpful. Nothing is oc'ed. Hope you can help.

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.
