Just be careful what you touch and how you touch it.
Recommend a anti-static wrist strap.
Also hold the components on the edges and try not to touch the individual components.
Try to assemble/ dis-assemble on hard floor (not carpet).
Try to not wear anything that will enhance the static (add to).
