slow laptop worried about a spyware or something Help

First of all I am new at this! My laptop is running very slow. I downloaded ParetoLogic drivercure to see if that would help. when I ran XoftspySE which came with it, it showed a file with the program name antivirus as a spyware. It said thousands of files were a problem. this was a program that was quaranteened last spring and it shows its a quarantined file. When I went to remove the program stops and windows box comes up that says error do you want to send. Then nothing is done with the file or files that are bad. I found your site and went through all the steps and during the malware a rouge was shown and removed during both scans but nothing else. I ran avast antivirus and super antispyware and they show nothing wrong. I am worried there is something there or is it a false positive and something else is wrong. Something is causing the computer to run very slow. I did the rest of your steps. Here is the Hijack log. can you please help. I need it running I have so much work to do.

I ran a new scan because I realized I had files hidden. Lo and behold I see bho and some other questionable files. My scans dont pick these up though.
