I tried opening Firefox and got page load error. so i tried opening my IE to see if it can connect cause maybe something might be wrong with my Firefox, but the problem is still exist. I have tried repairing my network connections but the problem is still there. I have to wait for a couple of minutes get the connection back.. and sometimes when I'm surfing the internet i get page load errors.. Again I have to wait for a couple of minutes to get the connection .. I can't even browse to other sites either.. So you think something's wrong with my computer? Please, post some computer info:
- processor type, amount of RAM (hold Windows logo key, hit Pause/Break key)
- hard drive size/free space (open "My Computer", right click on hard drive letter, click "Properties")
- security programs in use (antivirus, firewall)

Specs look good.

1. Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same thing?
Close IE. Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same thing?

2. Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune.

Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use Firefox browser
Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use Opera browser
Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

3. Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.micro...s/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save As, and save AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
Attach AutoRuns.txt file to your next reply.

Besides, you never answered my other question:

1. Close Firefox. Go Start>All Programs>Mozilla Firefox, click on Mozilla Firefox (safe mode). Same thing?
Close IE. Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same thing?

The file is not readable.
Try to run Autoruns again.
Before you upload anything, see, if you can read the report yourself.
