memory write/read failure ,and memory address line failure

i am having problem in starting up my computer .when i start myDell latitude laptop first it displays dell logo screen then right after this it displays an error

Memory write/read failure at 5F7E004 ,read 913E917E expecting 917E917E

Memory address line failure at 57FE0000,read 917E917E expecting 81818181.


i tried to press keys but nothing happened.please tell me what to do.is this the problem of ram or a software problem?

TO test it out, download MemTest (in my sig) and burn the iso to a disc using a program that can write images files (such as ImgBurn, also in my sig).

If you burn the disc properly when you open it, the only file visible should be a txt file saying nothing here. If you see the iso file you burned it straight to disc instead of burning an image file.

Insert the memtest disc in your computer and let it boot to memtest (which has a blue screen). If it lists ANY errors more than likely your ram is bad.
