can't delete DExposE2 portable folder

hi! need help with this one. so i downloaded this one from winmatrix.com but the installer won't run so i clicked on the registry something thinking the installer would then run after i do that, well, it didn't. so i decided to delete the whole folder instead since it doesn't work but then when i did try deleting the folder, a pop-up appeared saying the the DExposE2 was still running. i tried deleting the one in the registry using regedit but it can't delete it in the registry.

help! what do i do?
