hi, i have windows xp home and recently my task bar and desktop icons started disappearing. Somtimes it disappears and stays gone, but sometimes it will continuously disappear and reappear. i can get it back by opening the the task manager and going to file/new(run...) and typing in 'explorer' and clicking ok. but thats only enough to bring the task bar back for a few seconds then it disappears again. im not sure whats going on here or how to fix it. any ideas? any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!
