Windows won't boot

Hello, I am trying to fix a friends Windows XP Home computer and could use some help figuring out whats wrong.

I can boot it into safe mode without any problems, however it can't boot normally, it tries, but goes back to the Dell BIOS screen. These are the 4 errors it is giving me.

1. Primary Drive 1 not found
2. Secondary drive 1 not found
3 & 4 - Error allocating Mem Bar for PCI device

My guess is a hardware problem, possibly motherboard, or corrupt drivers, but I would like another opinion. Let me know if you need more information.

Thanks in advance.
