When I click on Start/Windows or type windowsupdate.microsoft.com, the Google search screen comes up. I did a windows repair but no change. How do I fix this?

I tried that site. The response was "site not found on Google server". Any other suggestions?

After doing this-

http://www.simpledns....aspx?kbid=1089

Which disables dns caching.

Click "Start"
then "Run"

In the run box, copy and paste this-

ipconfig /flushdns

into the "run" box
click "ok"

restart the computer

please post results
if it's working now or not
