Restored to no paricular date from F10 bad buffy

I restored my pc to original settings and lost a ton of unbacked up spread sheet and the likes. I don't really know what to do now . every time i run a maintenance thru my McAffe i have millions & billions of files to clean up.....when I did the restore it was during the initial star up pressing F10 key. Yes I am an idiot but could some one give me info on weather I can fix this and weather I can recover any of my files

Yes, there are ways to recover your files.

The more you use your machine, the more data your going to lose.
I happen to use: http://www.r-studio.com.

If these are very important, you may be better off, taking it to a data recovery pro.
