I have now reinstalled Windows vista on my Dell Inspiron 1720 5 times and every time after a few days it freezes. The programs just quits responding and the mouse turns into the blue spinning wheel. I also no have a dialog box that pops up everytime I start my computer. It says hn properites. I have no idea what it is or what it is for or how to remove it. Could all these problems be hardware related?? Please help as I have had nothing but issues. Thanks a lot. Hijack log below:

You shouldn't be posting HJT logs in this forum, not to mention, HJT is supposed to be run in Normal, not Safe Mode.
In any case, your computer is infected....

I suggest that you start a new topic in the Malware Removal - HiJackThis™ Logs Go Here area.

Before you post a log click on this link --> You Must Read This Before Posting A Hijackthis Log
this will give you a few preparations to make, as well as instruction for posting your Hijackthis log.

If you are still having problems after being given a clean bill of health from the malware expert, then please return to THIS thread and we will pursue other options to help you solve your current problem(s).
